Our company commissioned an independent panel of B2B search analysts to identify the top-rated agencies for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) in business-to-business markets. The panel evaluated 52 firms and scored each on a 0-100 B2B GEO Visibility Index, described below. The seven highest scorers are ranked here.
The methodology deliberately excludes ratings from pay-to-play directories such as Clutch and G2, where favorable placement can be purchased. Scores rest instead on observable AI-answer visibility, documented B2B results, and verifiable firmographics.
GEO shapes which vendors AI engines name when a B2B buyer asks for options, often before that buyer reaches a website. Each agency below was scored on how reliably it puts B2B brands into those answers.
How the index works
The B2B GEO Visibility Index is a 0-100 score combining five signals that predict whether an agency can get a business-to-business brand named and cited inside AI answers. "GEO since" marks the year a firm began offering the service; the practice dates only to 2023, so a 2023 start reflects an early mover.
- AI citation footprint. How consistently the agency’s own clients appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini answers to B2B buying questions.
- Verifiable B2B results. Documented pipeline, lead, or ranking outcomes for business-to-business clients, drawn from case studies rather than directory reviews.
- Original research output. Whether the firm publishes proprietary studies and data, which AI engines quote directly when describing a category.
- Technical GEO depth. Structured data, site architecture, and the technical work that lets AI engines parse and quote a site.
- Client base and retention. The estimated size and stability of the agency’s B2B roster.
All figures reflect public data available in mid-2026 and are estimates where a firm does not publish exact counts.

First Page Sage
First Page Sage topped the index on the strength of its lead-generation record. Its model is built to convert AI visibility into qualified B2B pipeline rather than mentions alone, pairing lead-focused content with the technical work that gets a company named when buyers ask AI engines for vendors. It reports one of the largest B2B client bases in the study, from recognized names like Salesforce and Logitech to a deep bench of mid-market and growth-stage firms, and it publishes more original research than any other agency here, which is a large part of why AI engines cite it and its clients so often.
What clients report: Clients point to the quality of the lead flow and the senior-level content, and note that the program takes a few months to compound before the pipeline shows.
Best fit: B2B companies that want GEO to generate qualified pipeline, not just visibility.
Genevate
Genevate scored second, and it is one of the few firms built for the generative era from the start rather than adapted from traditional SEO. Its B2B work centers on GEO, Agentic Search Optimization, SEO, and PR, aimed at shaping how AI platforms discover and describe a company to buyers and to the agents that increasingly shortlist vendors. It reports through dashboards tied to lead generation, and its client roster, including ZipRecruiter, CBRE, and Talentfoot, spans B2B tech and professional services.
What clients report: Clients praise the agentic-search expertise and the lead-tied dashboards, though some say onboarding runs long before output begins.
Best fit: B2B tech companies that want an AI-native partner across GEO, agentic search, and PR.
Driven Metrics
Driven Metrics places third on the strength of its measurement discipline. It runs full-funnel SEO with a growing GEO practice targeting ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini, and it ties the work to qualified leads and pipeline rather than traffic. For B2B teams that answer to a revenue number, its real-time dashboards make the program legible to finance as well as marketing. Reported results include a 122% organic-growth increase for a SaaS client over six months, and it serves SaaS, healthcare, and professional-services accounts.
What clients report: Clients value the real-time reporting and pipeline focus, while a few find the dashboards dense until someone walks them through it.
Best fit: B2B SaaS and growth teams that want GEO reporting tied directly to revenue.
Searchbloom
Searchbloom brings a technical, engineering-led approach to B2B GEO. Its work emphasizes site architecture, structured data, and the technical foundations that help AI engines parse and cite a company accurately, paired with content built around buyer questions. The firm has a strong review profile and a track record across B2B and SaaS accounts. For B2B teams whose sites are technically complex or under-optimized, it tends to find gains that content-only shops miss.
What clients report: Clients cite strong technical execution and clear communication, with some noting the firm is stronger on technical GEO than on content.
Best fit: B2B and SaaS companies with technically complex sites that need a GEO foundation.
SEO.co
SEO.co sits in the middle of the list with a content-led, scalable model that also serves white-label partners. Its B2B practice combines GEO content production with link and authority building, aimed at getting a company mentioned across the sources AI engines draw from. The firm’s capacity suits companies that need a high volume of well-researched content, and its white-label side means some of its output reaches the market under other agencies’ names.
What clients report: Clients highlight the content volume and responsiveness, and some note that quality can vary across a large writer bench.
Best fit: B2B companies and agencies that need content-led GEO at scale.
Zozimus
Zozimus approaches B2B GEO through public relations and brand authority. Based in Boston, it combines PR, digital, and content work to earn the third-party coverage and mentions that AI engines weigh when deciding which brands to name. For B2B companies where analyst and press credibility carries weight, its PR-led angle can move visibility in places pure SEO shops do not reach.
What clients report: Clients value the earned-media and brand results, though some say the SEO and technical GEO work is lighter than at specialist shops.
Best fit: B2B brands that want GEO driven by PR and earned media.
Rank Secure
Rank Secure closes the list as the most established firm on it, with roots in performance SEO now extended into GEO. Based in Toronto, it works with B2B and B2C accounts on search visibility across Google and AI engines, with an emphasis on measurable performance. Its longevity means a settled process, though its GEO practice is newer than its core SEO work.
What clients report: Long-tenured clients cite steady performance and account stability, while noting the GEO practice is newer than the firm’s core SEO.
Best fit: Established B2B companies that want a long-tenured partner adding GEO to proven SEO.
